Throttle League is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

We collect the following types of information: (1) Information you provide: When you sign up for an account or update your profile, we may collect your name, email address, display name, profile photo, and other optional details. (2) Gameplay and app data: We collect information about your activity within the app, including pool participation, fantasy picks, points earned, challenges completed, in-app purchases, and social interactions. (3) Device and usage data: We automatically collect information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, and log data when you interact with the app. (4) Location data: We may collect approximate location based on IP address, for regional leaderboard grouping or feature availability. (5) Communication data: If you contact us for support or feedback, we collect your message and related contact information.

We use your data to: operate and improve the Services, personalize your experience, process and track in-app purchases, manage your fantasy pools and game results, communicate with you about updates or promotions, analyze performance and user trends, and ensure safety and fair use.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Stripe, RevenueCat) that help us deliver features like authentication, payments, analytics, or crash reporting. These providers are required to handle your data securely and lawfully. We may also share data in response to legal requests or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and systems.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

When you choose operational SMS notifications, the selected phone number, consent state, consent timestamp, disclosure version, consent source, selected event preferences, and revocation state are retained in your existing Throttle League account settings so the choice can be honored. Operational service providers may process information only as needed to provide the selected account and fantasy-pool notification service and are not authorized to use SMS consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use Throttle League.

All data is stored using secure, encrypted infrastructure provided by Google Firebase and related partners. We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure of your information. While no system can guarantee complete security, we follow industry best practices to protect your data.

You may review or update your account information at any time within the app. If you wish to delete your account or request access to your personal data, contact us at support@throttleleague.app. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from active systems and eventually purged from backups in accordance with our retention policies.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Inactive accounts may be deleted after an extended period of non-use.

Throttle League is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child’s data has been collected inappropriately, please contact us immediately.
