What is Throttle League?
A free mobile fantasy racing platform powered by real NASCAR, Formula 1, IndyCar and MotoGP race results.
Is it really free?
Yes—100% free to join and free to play.
How do I enter?
Download our app from the iOS or Android app stores (available January 2026) and create a free account.
Who can play?
Anyone in the United States or Canada can play.
Players must be 18 or older to participate in prize pools.
Is Throttle League affiliated with NASCAR or Formula 1?
No. Throttle League is independent and not officially associated with NASCAR or Formula 1.
We do, however, use real NASCAR race results to power scoring and weekly leaderboard updates.
Are there ads?
Yes — but barely noticeable. Throttle League is 100% free, and our light ad presence helps cover hosting and platform costs. We keep ads small, clean, and out of your way so the racing action stays front and center.
How is scoring calculated?
Your lineup earns points based on real NASCAR, Formula 1, IndyCar and MotoGP race results each week.
Do finishing positions matter?
Yes—driver performance directly affects your fantasy score.
Are there bonus points?
Some pools may include bonus points. These will be listed in the pool details.
When are scores updated?
Shortly after official race results are released.
How do I set my weekly lineup? (Only applicable in a "Weekly" style of pool)
Pick your drivers before the weekly lock time. (This is decided by the pool administrator)
What happens if I forget to submit?
Your lineup won’t score for that race week.
Do I need racing knowledge?
No—new fans and longtime fans can play easily.
Can I create my own league?
Yes—create custom public or private leagues for free.
Can I join other fans’ leagues?
Absolutely. Browse and join any league that’s open.
Do private leagues have prizes?
Throttle League does not run, fund, or manage prizes in user-created leagues. Any prizes offered in private or public user leagues are 100% independent of Throttle League.
Throttle League Checkered Flag Challenge Pool - Season long Pool
Up to $10,000 in cash and prizes.
Cash prizes are awarded as a percentage of the total cash prize pool.
Example payout if the pool reaches $10,000:
1st Place — 45% → $4,500
2nd Place — 25% → $2,500
3rd Place — 15% → $1,500
4th Place — 10% → $1,000
5th Place — 5% → $500
Merchandise Prizes (Places 6-10)
6th – 10th Place winners receive a Throttle League Merchandise Package, including:
• Hoodie
• T-Shirt
• Hat
Approximate retail value: $100

Only if you win a prize that requires eligibility confirmation.

To keep competition fair and prevent duplicate entries.

Yes—Throttle League operates as a free-to-enter contest of skill.

Is Throttle League gambling?
No. There are no entry fees and no paid contests.

Does it work on mobile?
Yes—fully optimized for mobile devices through the Throttle League app.
Throttle League is a mobile-only experience; no desktop version will be available.

Throttle League works on:

Why won’t my lineup submit?
Check for lineup lock time, incomplete picks, or connection issues.
Is my data secure?
