Prepared October 19 2026 Version 5
This version takes effect when published as the approved version on the Services. Any required notice, acceptance or separate consent remains governed by this document and applicable law.
1 Our community and where these rules apply
Throttle League is a fantasy motorsports and community platform operated by Throttle League Inc. We welcome competition, racing discussion and different opinions. Everyone must participate honestly, respect other people and help keep the Services suitable for users aged 13 and older.
This Code forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It applies to profiles, usernames, images, pool and group names, descriptions, invitations, drafts, picks, games, posts, comments, messages, Crew Chief interactions and support communications wherever those features are offered. It applies to members, pool creators and administrators alike.
The Services are not for children under 13. Prize contests require age 18 or older and compliance with their official rules, including any higher age or residency requirement. Being permitted to use the platform does not establish contest eligibility.
Platform-related conduct outside the Services may be considered where reliable evidence connects it directly to a threat, targeted harassment, fraud or evasion of an account restriction affecting our users or the Services. This does not create a general rule against lawful off-platform criticism or a claim that we monitor everyone’s external activity.
2 Respect people and discuss ideas
Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, stalk or organize abuse against another person. Hate speech, dehumanizing attacks, discriminatory slurs and attacks based on personal characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity are prohibited. Do not encourage violence or celebrate harm against an identifiable person.
Racing rivalry, disagreement and good-faith criticism are allowed. Disagree with a pick, performance, rule or decision without personal abuse. Do not turn criticism into repeated targeting, humiliation, threats or a campaign to drive someone out of the community. These protections apply to users, staff, drivers, teams and other people discussed through the Services.
Respect another person’s request to stop unwanted contact. Do not bypass a block or communication restriction through another account, another participant or repeated invitations. A dispute in a pool does not authorize harassment elsewhere.
3 Keep content appropriate
Keep profiles, images, pool names, posts, comments, messages and support communications appropriate for a community that includes teenagers. Profanity and obscene language remain prohibited, including disguised spellings used to evade the rule. A good-faith private report may quote only the limited text necessary for review. Enforcement considers context, severity and repetition; quoting evidence is not treated as directing abuse at someone.
Do not post or share sexually explicit material, sexual solicitation, graphic violence, hate symbols used to promote hatred, or content encouraging illegal or dangerous conduct. Do not use a link, attachment, username or image to evade these restrictions.
Context matters when reporting or discussing harmful conduct, but it is not a blanket exemption for displaying prohibited material. Share only what is necessary through the appropriate reporting route. The special restrictions on exploitation material in section 4 apply even when someone says they are collecting evidence.
4 Protect children and teenagers
Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualized communication with minors, coercion, sextortion and requests for sexual images are prohibited. This includes creating, requesting, posting, linking to or distributing exploitative material, including synthetic or manipulated material. Never use an account, pool, game, message or Crew Chief interaction to facilitate this conduct.
Do not pressure a young person to reveal private contact details, intimate information, identification or location, or move a conversation elsewhere to evade safety controls. Do not misrepresent age or identity to gain access to a young person, bypass platform restrictions or enter a restricted contest.
Report a concern promptly using section 11. As a user, do not download, save, screenshot, forward or attach suspected child sexual exploitation material. Provide the account, content identifier, link or location and approximate time without reproducing it. Do not investigate or confront a suspected offender. These user instructions do not prevent authorized personnel from making required reports or preserving existing service records under a lawful, restricted handling procedure. They do not authorize anyone to seek out unlawful material.
If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Platform reporting is not an emergency response service.
5 Protect privacy and use an honest identity
Do not publish another person’s private contact information, address, identification, precise location, credentials or private communications without a lawful and appropriate basis. Do not threaten to expose information or share intimate images without consent. A disagreement or a claim that information is already online does not justify doxxing or targeted harm.
Use a display name that does not deceive people about who you are or what authority you hold. A pseudonym is allowed if it does not impersonate someone else. Do not pretend to be another user, a driver, a team, a moderator, a sponsor or a Throttle League representative. Clearly identify a fan account where confusion is reasonably likely.
Do not fabricate staff instructions, official results, verification badges, prize notices, support requests or endorsements. Do not solicit another person’s password, verification code, recovery credential or identity document. Staff authority must not be inferred solely from a username or profile image.
6 Picks and deadlines
You choose drivers using the options provided in the pool. The software controls the available selections and closes picks at the applicable deadline. The platform controls race data, scoring data and recorded results. Users cannot modify them.
If you believe a displayed pick, score or result is incorrect, contact support@throttleleague.com with the pool, event and relevant details. We review a reported error under the applicable rules.
The pool’s displayed settings explain any official automatic-pick or automatic-draft feature. Ordinary racing discussion and use of publicly available racing information are allowed.
You may use the full permitted pick time. A missed pick does not extend the deadline. Automatic picks, where offered, follow the pool’s displayed settings.
Prize eligibility and any decision about an entry or prize follow the applicable official rules and law. This Code does not change scoring rules or give us an unrestricted power to cancel a valid prize.
7 Administer pools responsibly
Pool creators and administrators must describe their pool honestly and use only the powers the Services give them. Do not claim authority over other users’ accounts, demand credentials, misstate scoring or deadlines, or present an unofficial prize promise as a Throttle League commitment.
Pool creators must make any additional pool conduct rules available to participants and apply them consistently. Those rules may be stricter on conduct but may not permit something this Code prohibits or override official contest requirements. Users cannot change the platform’s race data, scoring data or recorded results.
Throttle League does not provide a channel for accepting, holding or settling wagering stakes. Do not solicit betting payments, operate unlawful gambling through pools or messages, or pressure another participant to pay to avoid harassment or loss of access. A private payment arrangement is not authorized merely because participants use Throttle League.
8 Avoid spam scams and unauthorized promotion
Do not flood feeds, messages, invitations or support channels with repeated, irrelevant or unsolicited material. Do not send deceptive links, phishing requests, malware, pyramid schemes, fake prize claims or other scams.
Advertisements, affiliate promotions, bulk solicitations and commercial recruitment require authorization in the relevant space. Ordinary relevant discussion or a good-faith link is not automatically spam. Concealing a commercial relationship or repeatedly contacting people who have declined is prohibited.
Do not coordinate fake engagement, reviews, referrals or ad clicks, or attempt to inflate advertising impressions through bots or other artificial activity. Do not use the platform to harvest contact information or send unsolicited marketing to participants.
9 Respect content rights and platform security
Share content only if you have the rights or a lawful basis to do so. A link or credit does not automatically authorize copying an article, photograph, video, logo or other protected material. Do not present someone else’s work as your own or claim an unauthorized racing endorsement. Copyright complaints and challenges follow the process in the Terms. Accounts of repeat infringers may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances, with mistaken notices and successful challenges considered.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass authentication or rate limits, inject harmful code, disrupt the Services, scrape private information, or reverse-engineer software in violation of the Terms or applicable law. Do not test a suspected vulnerability by accessing or exposing other users’ information.
Report a vulnerability privately to support@throttleleague.com with a minimal description sufficient to identify it. This Code does not prohibit activity protected by applicable law, including legally protected security research or reporting to authorities. A report does not authorize further intrusion.
10 Use Crew Chief and automated features responsibly
Do not use Crew Chief to create or deliver prohibited content, impersonate a person, fabricate official decisions, obtain private information or bypass safety and access controls. Do not present an automated prediction, summary or suggestion as a guaranteed result or an official prize determination.
Automated output can be wrong. Report a material error, misleading result or unsafe response rather than using it to deceive or harm another person. An automated response does not override published pool rules, contest rules or a properly authorized moderation decision.
Authorized automated tools and personnel may support moderation. We do not promise that Crew Chief monitors every interaction, that every violation will be detected, or that an automated flag proves misconduct. Access to content and handling of reports are subject to our Privacy Policy.
11 Report concerns safely
Report a suspected violation through a reporting control where available or by emailing support@throttleleague.com. Identify the affected account, pool, message or content; describe the concern; and include a relevant link or identifier and date, time and time zone where possible. Screenshots may help for ordinary misconduct when lawful and necessary, but the restrictions in section 4 always apply.
Include relevant context and avoid unnecessary personal information about other people. Do not post public accusations, repost harmful content or organize retaliation as a substitute for reporting. We handle reports with reasonable privacy protections but cannot guarantee anonymity or secrecy where investigation, fairness or law requires disclosure.
Make reports honestly. Deliberately fabricated evidence, knowingly false accusations and coordinated abuse of reporting tools are prohibited. A good-faith report that cannot be substantiated is not, by itself, misconduct. Do not retaliate against a reporter, witness or person requesting review.
We may need additional information and cannot promise a particular outcome or response time. In an emergency, contact appropriate emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report or support email.
12 Enforcement and review
We assess available evidence and relevant context, including severity, impact, intent where known, repetition, prior relevant violations and risk to others. We may preserve necessary records and take action allowed by the Terms, applicable contest rules and law.
Actions may include a reminder or warning, content removal, reduced distribution, communication or feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, or contest action authorized by the official rules. Serious safety, fraud, security or legal concerns may require immediate action without advance notice. We do not guarantee a fixed number of warnings.
Where reasonably appropriate and lawful, we explain a material restriction and how to request review. We may withhold information that would expose another person’s private information, undermine security or interfere with an investigation. Lawful referrals or disclosures to authorities are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You may request review at support@throttleleague.com. Identify the account, content or decision, explain why you believe it was mistaken, and provide relevant context. An authorized person will assess a properly submitted request, consider relevant information and any material automated error, and communicate the outcome where lawful. A review request does not automatically restore access, reverse an action or extend a contest deadline.
Do not evade a restriction through a new account, another person’s account or a proxy. Disagreement with a decision, respectful criticism and a good-faith appeal are not themselves grounds for punishment. Contest-specific dispute requirements remain applicable, and mandatory legal rights are preserved.
13 Changes and contact
Material changes are communicated as appropriate under the Terms and applicable law. A change to this Code does not create consent for optional data processing or marketing and does not retroactively change an entered contest’s rules except as those rules and law permit.
Questions, misconduct reports and requests for review can be sent to Throttle League Inc. at support@throttleleague.com.
